3-step Cleansing Routine

Everyone should follow a basic skincare routine to keep their skin clean and healthy.

Your daily routine doesn't have to be complicated - it only take 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night to cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin. By following a simple 3-step process every day, you will help to keep your skin nourished, supple and younger looking for longer. Add to this a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and at least 6 glasses of water a day, and you will help prevent your skin from drying out - a common cause of premature ageing.

In the morning


  • Wash your face and neck with cool water to close the pores.

  • Apply the gentle toner to your forehead, cheeks and chin using a cotton pad to remove the last traces of dirt and grease from your skin.

  • Apply eye gel to your fingertips and dab it onto your skin under the eye area, moving from the outer area inwards and taking care not to get the gel in your eyes.

  • Apply daily moisturiser using the tip of your finger. Start from your throat and work it into the skin, massaging in an upward, stroking motion.

At night


  • Cleanse your skin using gentle cleansing milk on a cotton pad - apply it to your forehead, cheeks and chin to remove make-up and dirt.

  • Apply the gentle toner to your forehead, cheeks and chin using a cotton pad to remove the last traces of dirt and grease from the skin.

  • Apply night repair cream using the tip of your finger. Start from your throat and work it into the skin, massaging in an upward, stroking motion.

Once a week

For a deeper cleanse, use our gentle exfoliating cream after cleansing, followed by one of our face masks to help stimulate your lymphatic system and remove dead skin cells, stimulating skin renewal. This will leave you with a glowing, healthy complexion.

  • Apply the exfoliating cream to clean skin using upward strokes, starting from the chin. Use the tips of your fingers and massage with circular movements, avoiding the sensitive eye area. Concentrate on the T-zone area of the nose and forehead. Leave the cream on your skin for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water. Pat your skin dry before applying one of the cleansing masks.

  • Use your fingertips to apply the mask all over your face, avoiding the sensitive eye area. Leave it on for 15 minutes to dry and then rinse it off with cool water. Then apply toner and moisturiser as in the daily routine.
